Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions.

Sealed food products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire for sealed food products once the original seal has been removed after delivery, where the statutory requirements for this exception are met. Please therefore do not remove the original seal if you may wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@noematcha.com with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

How to request a return
Please contact hello@noematcha.com or use the statutory withdrawal function provided on our website. We will review the request and provide the relevant return instructions.

Return shipping
Where a consumer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the allocation of return shipping costs is governed by the applicable withdrawal information provided at the time of purchase. For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods, we will arrange the appropriate solution.
