Shipping Policy

Every NOÉ order is prepared and packed with care in Düsseldorf.

Germany

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is €6.90. Complimentary shipping is available on orders of €75 and above.

Once dispatched, DHL parcels within Germany are typically delivered within 1–2 working days, although delivery times may occasionally vary.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email together with tracking information, where available.

Delivery times

All delivery estimates are provided as guidance and begin once your order has been dispatched. During periods of high demand, public holidays or exceptional carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Packaging responsibility

Our sales packaging for the German market participates in the dual system Der Grüne Punkt.
