1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through noematcha.com between NOÉ MATCHA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its customers.
Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable at the customer’s place of residence remain unaffected.

3. Products and Availability
Product descriptions, images and information are provided as accurately as possible.
As matcha is a natural product, slight variations in colour, aroma and appearance may occur.
Products are available only while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer without undue delay and refund any payment already received for that product.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices shown in the online store are stated in euros and include applicable statutory VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before the customer submits the order.
Available shipping destinations, rates and estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping page and displayed during checkout.
5. Ordering Process and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the checkout process and submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded when NOÉ accepts the order.
6. Payment
The payment methods available for each order are displayed during checkout.
Payment may be processed by external payment service providers. Their respective terms and privacy policies may also apply.
7. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated processing and delivery times are stated on our Shipping page and during checkout.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions.

9. Sealed Food Products
Where the statutory requirements are met, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
The customer’s statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
12. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
13. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
